About the role
You will turn Kleep's data into sharper recommendations: modelling morphology, garment fit and shopper behaviour, and proving every improvement in live A/B tests, working directly with the CTO.
It suits a scientist who wants their models in production in front of millions of shoppers, not in notebooks, with the scope to take an idea from hypothesis to shipped product.

You do not need to know all of it on day one.
- Front-end: TypeScript, React

What you will do
- Improve the models behind Kleep's sizing and discovery recommendations
- Design and analyze the A/B tests that prove every improvement on live client traffic
- Turn product and client questions into analyses that ship in the product
- Own the full lifecycle of your models: quality, accuracy and performance included

The company is led by its founders: Federico (CEO, previously in venture capital and private equity) and Théophile (CTO, an ENS and Mines Paris engineer who worked in trading and quantitative research at Morgan Stanley and BNP Paribas).
