General

  • Two ways, and the shopper chooses. Either a 30-second questionnaire (height, weight, age, body shape) or a body scan from two smartphone photos. Our model turns that into precise measurements, then matches them against the actual measurements of each garment, not a generic size chart. The result: a recommendation per product, not per brand.

  • Across our deployments, brands typically see size-related returns drop 20–50% and a meaningful double-digit conversion lift, usually 15–25%, on sessions that use a recommendation. Standout deployments have reached up to 3.5× conversion among guided shoppers; exact figures depend on your catalogue, category and traffic mix. You'll see the first signal within weeks: we A/B test against your control group from day one, so every number comes from your store, not our slide deck.

  • Days, not quarters. We ship native apps for Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, WooCommerce and PrestaShop, plus iOS and Android SDKs. Most brands go live within two weeks. The longest step is usually your internal QA, not us. No re-platforming, no PDP rebuild.

  • Photos are processed to extract measurements, then deleted. We keep numbers, not images. Everything is GDPR-compliant, hosted in the EU, and your customer data is never used to train models for other brands or sold to anyone. Your data stays yours, full stop.

  • Like your brand. The interface is fully white-labelled: typography, colors, tone of voice, every detail adapts to your design system. Victoria Beckham's sizing flow looks designed by Victoria Beckham's studio. Yours will too.

  • Run the test. That's how most of our clients arrived. Lacoste chose Kleep after an extensive accuracy RFP against the incumbents; ba&sh A/B-tested us head-to-head against True Fit and the gap made the decision. We're happy to be benchmarked: garment-level accuracy is the whole product.

  • Yes. The model is calibrated per garment category and per SKU, covering womenswear, menswear, kidswear, denim, shoes and lingerie, across EU, UK, US and Asian sizing systems. If your catalog has unusual fits, that's precisely where per-garment calibration beats brand-level averages.

  • A subscription that scales with your traffic, not a tax on your conversions. No commission on sales. One pilot, transparent tiers, and the A/B test means you'll know exactly what you're paying for before you commit. Book a demo and we'll size it to your store.

Our products and services

  • Six modules on one AI layer: Smart Sizing, Virtual Try-On, Conversational Search, Visual Search, Smart Recommendations and AI Merchandising, plus Kleep Studio and Motion Engine for AI product imagery and video. Start with one, add the rest when you're ready, they share the same integration and the same shopper profile.

  • Yes, and most brands do. The typical path starts with Smart Sizing on your highest-return categories, proves the numbers in an A/B test, then extends to search, recommendations or try-on. Each module compounds the others because they share the same understanding of your catalog and your shoppers.

  • Try-On answers "how will it look?"; Sizing answers "which size will fit?". They solve different hesitations and work best together, Rat & Boa runs both in four markets from a single integration. Try-On renders the garment faithfully on a body; Sizing matches your shopper's measurements to each garment's real spec.

  • Yes. We ship iOS and Android SDKs alongside the web integration. Lacoste, for instance, runs Kleep on its US mobile app as well as its storefronts across Europe and the US. The experience and the recommendations stay consistent across every surface.

  • Kleep Studio generates on-brand product imagery from your existing assets; Motion Engine turns product photos into short videos for PDPs and campaigns. Our AI videos run in production on Lacoste product pages. Both are built for brand safety: your art direction stays in control at every step.

Support

  • A kick-off call, a data feed (products, orders, returns), and the front-end snippet or native app. Our team handles calibration and QA with you. Most brands go from contract to production in under two weeks, and complex multi-country rollouts are phased market by market.

  • A named customer success manager, not a ticket queue. You get a shared Slack or email channel, proactive monitoring, and quarterly business reviews with your actual KPIs, sizing usage, conversion delta, return-rate trend, pulled from your live dashboard.

  • Yes. Real-time usage, conversion and returns impact, A/B test results, and catalog coverage, per market and per category. Your team can also manage wordings, translations and brand settings directly from the dashboard without waiting on a deploy.

  • Nothing manual. New SKUs flow in through the product feed and are calibrated automatically; drops and seasonal collections are covered from the moment they go live. If a product needs special handling, unusual fits, new categories, the model flags it and our team reviews it with you.

  • European business hours with on-call coverage for production incidents, and response SLAs defined in your contract. Uptime and latency are monitored continuously, recommendations are served in under 250 milliseconds, and incidents are communicated proactively, not discovered by your team.

Policy

  • In the European Union. Kleep is GDPR-compliant by design and aligned with the EU AI Act. Shopper photos used for body scanning are processed to extract measurements and then deleted; we keep numbers, never images.

  • You do. Your catalog, order and returns data remain yours, and shopper profiles created on your store are never used to train models for other brands, never shared, and never sold. If we part ways, your data is returned or deleted on request.

  • No. Garment calibration is per-brand and per-SKU. Aggregate, anonymised learnings improve the core body model, never brand-identifiable data, and never in a way that exposes your catalog, your customers or your performance to anyone else.

  • The sizing flow is opt-in by nature: shoppers choose to answer the questionnaire or take photos. Consent language is configurable to your legal team's standards, data processing is documented in our DPA, and every deployment ships with a privacy notice tailored to your jurisdiction.

  • Please do. We provide our DPA, sub-processor list, security documentation and architecture overview during evaluation, and we regularly complete vendor security reviews for groups like LVMH and Puig maisons. Pilot contracts include the same commitments as long-term ones.
