About the role
You will sit where Kleep meets its brands: keeping the customer experience smooth and premium through every product integration, finding the internal processes that can run better, and contributing directly to customer satisfaction and company growth.
It is a highly formative seat, customer relations, project management and continuous optimization in one role, ideal if you want a hands-on view of how an AI startup actually operates.
What you will do
- Customer success: manage client integrations end to end, onboarding, testing, validation, post-launch follow-up
- Talk to brands daily and support them in using the product; spot friction and resolve it with tech, product and design
- Analyze client performance: adoption, usage rates, AOV uplift, return rates
- Process optimization: map the CSM team's internal processes and propose improvements
- Sharpen client tracking and reporting, dashboards, KPIs, alerts
- Work with the CEO and CTO on efficiency and scalability priorities
- Coordinate with Sales pre-signature and Product post-launch, feeding client insight back into the roadmap
Who you are
- Curious, creative and proactive, always looking for a better way to engage
- Organized and goal-oriented: you structure your work and follow up without being chased
- Genuinely interested in B2B SaaS and innovation
- Previous experience in ops is a plus, not a requirement
- Professional proficiency in English or French
- Education: M1 / M2 level
Practical details
- Start date: as soon as possible (flexible)
- Contract: Internship / Apprenticeship
- Location: Paris (9th arrondissement)
Why Kleep
Kleep builds the intelligence layer for fashion e-commerce: sizing, discovery and AI imagery that 300+ brands run in production, Givenchy, Lacoste and Victoria Beckham among them. Every product is proven in live A/B tests, not in decks.
We are a small, senior, international team with offices in Paris (9th arrondissement) and, since January 2026, New York. The company is led by its founders: Federico (CEO, previously in venture capital and private equity) and Théophile (CTO, an ENS and Mines Paris engineer who worked in trading and quantitative research at Morgan Stanley and BNP Paribas).
Ownership here is real: ideas are heard, feedback flows both ways, and impact is tangible from day one. We hold a high bar, celebrate together, weekly team drinks, monthly events, annual off-sites, and stay serious about the work, never about ourselves.
