Fit confidence at launch speed
Cuts sized with intent
About the brand
Founded in Manchester in 2012 by brothers George and Michael Heaton, Represent grew from a graphic-tee label printed at university into one of the UK's leading luxury streetwear brands, a rise powered by drop culture, relentless product development and a global fanbase that treats release calendars like fixtures. The brand's signatures, the Owners' Club line, heavyweight jersey, engineered denim and footwear, trade on elevated construction at streetwear energy, and its commercial model is tempo: limited drops that sell through in hours, direct-to-consumer, hype converted into revenue at launch speed. Represent's audience is international and mobile-first, heavily weighted to the UK and US, and often meeting the brand for the first time on drop day itself, buying unfamiliar silhouettes, under time pressure, in a single session. Few brands compress as much commercial consequence into as few minutes as a streetwear label at the moment a drop goes live.
Challenge
Drops sell out in hours; returns arrive for weeks. That asymmetry is streetwear's hidden tax, and sizing is its collection mechanism. Represent's silhouettes are cut with intent, oversized here, boxy there, precise elsewhere, which is exactly the vocabulary a size chart cannot speak: a first-time buyer staring at a heavyweight hoodie on drop day cannot tell design volume from sizing error, and has minutes to decide. Guess wrong and the damage compounds uniquely in this model, the return arrives after the drop has sold out, so the sale can't be recovered at full price, the customer can't exchange into their right size, and a unit that commanded launch-day demand re-enters the world as a problem. Meanwhile the brand's US and UK expansion multiplies first-time buyers, the shoppers most likely to guess wrong. Represent needed fit confidence delivered at launch speed, tuned to cuts whose whole point is that they don't fit like anything else.
Solution
Represent greenlit Kleep in May 2026 and went live in July 2026, folding fit guidance into the drop playbook itself. Every silhouette is calibrated to its intended cut, oversized modelled as oversized, boxy as boxy, so the recommendation tells a first-time buyer, in effect, how the Heatons meant it to hang, and which size delivers that on their body. Shoppers build a measurement profile via Kleep's two-photo body scan or a quick questionnaire, and recommendations land in under 250 milliseconds inside a white-label interface matched to Represent's monochrome codes, no friction added to a purchase funnel measured in minutes. The deployment is also a strategic beachhead: alongside Rat & Boa's four-market launch, Represent anchors Kleep's push into the US and UK markets, with the stated ambition of making Kleep the sizing leader there by the end of 2027. On drop day, the maths is simple, buyers who commit with confidence at launch speed, and sold-out sizes that stay sold.
